The mCAM body is made out of billet aluminum. This gives it the weight and stability to steady your device while shooting. The aluminum body also provides a housing for your iPhone or media device, keeping it safe while shooting on the go.

The mCAM kit come standard with a 37mm Wide Angle/Macro Combo Lens. This lens attachment increases the shooting range of your iPhone or mobile device and allows for shots that are impossible with the iPhone alone. Use the wide angle lens for indoor shots or wherever a greater field of view is needed, or use the macro lens for extreme close ups.


The mCAM kit includes a 180° External Microphone. This microphone improves the sound quality of your videos compared to the native iPhone or mobile device and allows you to capture directional sound from whatever you are shooting.
*Be sure to turn your iPhone to “airplane mode” while shooting videos to avoid radio interference or popping.

The mCAM body contains one 1/4–20 mount on top and three on the bottom. These allow numerous mounts and accessories, such as tripods, dollies, monopods and more, to be attached directly to your device. On the top of the mCAM body there is also a coldshoe accessory mount. Many attachments can mount to the coldshoe from pro quality microphones to lights and more, the possibilities are endless!


Each mCAM kit comes standard with an iPhone or iPod Touch specific silicone case. The case allows your iPhone or iPod Touch to fit snuggly into the mCAM and prevents any unwanted movement or shaking while shooting.
